Lakeside CLE at CHL

Santel | Garner will be hosting a CLE at Hurricane Marina on Center Hill Lake on Friday, May 6, 2022, from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm. The subject matter of the CLE will be personal injury litigation.

Attendees will be able to receive up to 4 hours of CLE credit (which includes 1 hour of ethics). There will be time to mingle and hangout lakeside before and after the CLE.

There will be no costs for attending. Lunch will be provided. The only costs associated with the CLE will be submission of your CLE credits to the TN Commission for Continuing Education for which attendees will be responsible for submitting.

Lineup will be:

10:00 am – 11:00 am – Speaker John Griffith will present “Discovery and Deposition Obstruction,” discussing a practical approach to avoiding discovery obstruction.

11:00 am – 12:00 pm – Speaker Josh Offutt will present “Effective Negotiating Techniques from a Mediator’s Viewpoint,” discussing effective mediation strategies.

12:00 pm – 12:30 pm – Lunch provided by Santel | Garner at Blue Water Grille at Hurricane Marina.

12:30 pm – 1:30 pm – Ali Toll will present “Effective Trial Strategies from Both Sides of the Fence,” discussing effective trial strategies from either table in the courtroom.

1:30 pm – 2:30 pm – Laura Baker and Tommy Santel will present “What Drives Plaintiffs’ and Defense Attorneys Crazy,” discussing keeping the peace during litigation.
